Mr. Brennan is an alumnus of the DePaul University College of Law, having received his Juris Doctorate from DePaul in 1990. Mr. Brennan has been associated with Tuohy Law Offices since 1995 when he served as senior associate attorney concentrating his practice in the area of real property law. In 2002 Mr. Brennan founded his own law firm, Brennan Law Offices with a current practice almost exclusively in real property law, specializing in residential and commercial transactions, landlord-tenant issues as well as tax deferred, 1031 exchanges, handling all such areas for Tuohy Law Offices in our Millennium Park offices.
Mr. Brennan has proudly serviced the memberships of the Fraternal Order of Police, Chicago Lodge # 7 and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local # 134. He has been an active member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.
